LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read this LICENSE AGREEMENT carefully before using the Look file (“Look File”). BY DOWNLOADING THE LOOK FILE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE LOOK FILE.
- 1. Canon Inc. (“Canon”) grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download the Look File to your device and use it solely for the purpose of adjusting image color information within software or camera products designated by Canon.
- 2. All intellectual property rights and interest in and to the Look File are owned by Canon or its licensors.
- 3. You may use the Look File only as expressly permitted under this Agreement. You shall not sublicense, assign, sell, rent, lease, loan or transfer the Look File to any third party. You shall not reproduce, alter, modify, translate, adapt, disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer the Look File, in whole or in part.
- 4. THE LOOK FILE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST.
- 5. IN NO EVENT SHALL CANON BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE LOOK FILE.
